In the heart of the Lot-et-Garonne department, the “Domaine de La Granja”, close to the Dordogne, Lot and Tarn-et-Garonne, which gives it some features of Périgord and Quercy, is an old farm in renovated local stone, located on 1.2 ha of land.
Close to remarkable villages and bastides: Tournon-d'Agenais, Monflanquin, Villeréal.

The Maison du Bonheur du Domaine located on 1.2 ha has an area of more than 400 m² and can accommodate up to 24 guests.
It includes 7 bedrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, a superbly equipped kitchen, 4 bathrooms, a heated swimming pool, a pool house and of course places for activities.

On the ground floor, you will find a living room, a dining room, the equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and four family guest rooms.
The Bergerac room has a separate bedroom for children and is accessible to people in wheelchairs, (one 160 cm bed, bedroom and two 90 cm beds) with shower room and toilet.
The Monbazillac and Cahors rooms have a 160x200 bed, bunk beds, a bathroom and a toilet.
The St Emilion room has a 160x200 bed and two single beds and a private shaded terrace.

Upstairs, you have a living room with television, a reading corner and 3 bedrooms.
The Pécharmant room has just been completely renovated and is made up of a double bed (160x200), the Buzet room is made up of 2 single beds and the Gaillac room is made up of a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people.

From your cottage, you will enjoy the magnificent view of the surrounding hills and fields to have breakfast or relax by the heated swimming pool (10 x 5 m) open from April to October and sunny all day.
You can also picnic under the poolhouse.

Outdoor activities on the Domaine: badminton, pétanque court, football, trampoline and swings. Indoor games room: billiards, table football, ping-pong and children's games.
Baby equipment and mountain bikes available free of charge on request.
Gite labeled “Fishing” and “Biking”.
Pets allowed on request.

For those traveling by car or motorbike:
• coming from Paris, take the A62, exit 57 Cahors
• coming from Toulouse, take the A62, exit Agen

The nearest train stations are located at:
• Agen (accessible by TGV from Paris) 40 km
• Cahors (Paris-Toulouse) 50 km
At these two stations, it is possible to rent a vehicle.

By plane, the closest airports are:
• Toulouse (Blagnac) 130 km (flights possible from Lille and Brussels)
• Bordeaux (Mérignac) 150 km (flights possible from Brussels)
• Agen (La Garenne) 40 km
• Bergerac (La Roumanière) at 57 km (Ryanair flights departing from Charleroi – Brussels South).
Of course, all of these airports also offer the possibility of renting a vehicle.

From Villeneuve-sur-Lot: direction CAHORS or FUMEL - D911. Cross Trentels and after 800 m turn left: direction Saint Aubin: D222 (white sign with the inscription “FAVARD”). Then take the second left. More than 300 m and you have arrived.
