If the cancellation takes place up to 31 days before the arrival date, only a charge of 15 € will be retained.
If the cancellation takes place less than 31 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be retained *.
If the cancellation takes place less than 15 days before the arrival date 50% of the rental amount will be kept *
If the cancellation takes place less than 7 days before the arrival date, only the cleaning fee will be refunded
* In all cases, if the accommodation is re-let on the same dates: only costs of 15 € will be retained as well as the possible difference between the price of this contract and the new price. This reimbursement will be made at the latest by bank transfer on the day of the end of the planned rental.
