Le Clos des Voisins, a charming country cottage, will welcome you in a soft and natural atmosphere for a peaceful stay with family or friends.
The closed neighbors, is a country house of 120 m² renovated with care and thought so that you miss nothing. Ready to receive you for a peaceful and comfortable stay.
• On the ground floor :
- WC
- pleasant bathroom with bath and shower
- laundry room, with sink and washing machine available
- a large living room bathed in light will welcome you, to experience moments of relaxation and conviviality with family or friends
- the kitchen, fully equipped: oven, hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, combined fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils to concoct good meals to share
- the kitchen opens onto a large terrace, overlooked by greenery, calm and relaxation to the sound of birdsong, enough to recharge your batteries!
• Upstairs
- a shower room with WC
- and three beautiful large bedrooms are available to you
All equipped with top-of-the-range hotel beds, and each adorned with a soft decoration, you will spend comfortable nights there.

* bedroom 3: 180x200 bed and 1 cot
You will enjoy the entire house as well as its terrace and its private garden.
Just in front of the house you can park 2 cars, and down the street parking is easy thanks to free parking.

You will find yourself 5 minutes by car from Dormans, a town where all the amenities are present (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, etc.)
Épernay, the capital of Champagne, is 25 minutes away by car
Reims city of coronations and its magnificent Cathedral 30 min by car
Paris 1h15 by car or 1h by train from Dormans station
Disneyland Paris 45 min by car

"Super maison"
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison. Tout est propre, neuf et fait avec goût. La literie est très confortable, l’espace extérieur est agréable et en prime la propriétaire est très gentille. Rien à dire à part merci et on espère à bientôt !

La maison est spacieuse, lumineuse et très agréable avec une terrasse ensoleillée. Rénovée avec beaucoup de goût vous ne pourrez que passer un excellent séjour. Espace intérieur, décoration, literie… tout est parfait ! Merci beaucoup 😊

Le gîte est impeccable, propre et décoré avec goût. Il y a tout ce qu il faut. La literie et les lits une merveille (grands lits et matelas de qualité)
