Completely renovated and decorated with care, the accommodation offers a large bright living room with lounge area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140), bathroom and separate toilet.
The terrace, facing west, will allow you to enjoy moments of relaxation and beautiful evenings at sunset.
Garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue are available.
The 8000 m² park is fully fenced.
Closed private car park.
Le Clos de Charroux also houses the accommodation of the owners, who will know how to be discreet while respecting your comfort and tranquility.
Access to the swimming pool is reserved for tenants during the day until 6 p.m., then shared in the evening and on weekends with the owners.
Direct access to paths and marked hiking trails in the forest from the cottage.

"Très agréable"
Gîte décoré avec goût, très bien équipé et le site très calme. Les hôtes très gentils. La piscine est un régal et bien exposée.

"Séjour reposant dans un havre de paix"
Gîte très agréable et confortable au coeur de la campagne périgourdine, idéal pour un séjour reposant au sein de cet havre de paix.
Muriel et Ricardo sont des hôtes très sympathiques à l'accueil chaleureux.
Ce gîte a du cachet et est bien situé pour découvrir, entre autres Périgueux et Bergerac. Si vous êtes amateurs de nature et de randonnée, ce gîte est pour vous !
Bref un excellent séjour au clos de Charroux que nous ne pouvons que recommander.
