It is composed :
• on the ground floor :
- a large living space with a dining room, a small authentic kitchen with all the advantages of a large one!
- a relaxation area to enjoy a friendly moment around a board game after a beautiful sunny day
• on the 1st floor:
- shower room with WC and sink
- 1 bedroom with wardrobe (shelves and wardrobe) 1 queen size bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 beds offering the possibility of being coupled to have a large 180x190 bed. We will be happy to prepare it on demand.
- a landing room
• on the mezzanine:
- a large living room allowing the sleeping of 2 people with its convertible sofa, a second sofa and 2 leather armchairs with a view of the gardens of the "Clos d'Adam". TV, board games...
The cottage also has 2 terraces with garden furniture each, one near the barn, the other (very spacious) near the heated swimming pool even having a summer kitchen, toilets and a bathroom. sport ! The deckchairs are just waiting for you!
Dogs are accepted after validation from us. (5 €/stay)
A rental contract will be signed by the traveler.
Please note that we cannot, unfortunately, accommodate people in wheelchairs (many steps).

"Très jolie"
Très jolie gîte, calme, maison en pierre superbe, grande piscine chauffe, avec une terrasse une cuisine extérieur, une terrasse abrité, une salle de sport top ! Une superbe région à découvrir, et des petit(e) ville / village à découvrir autour qui sont magnifique ! Beaucoup de choses à faire et explorer et de très bon produits régionaux ! Les propriétaire sympathiques, à l'écoute des hôtes 😊 ils ont de bonnes adresses pour découvrir de belles / bonne choses.

"Superbe gite"
Gite exceptionnel avec petite et grande terrasse, salle de sport et piscine privées, le tout au calme, non loin de Périgueux. Accueil excellent. Nous recommandons !

Des propriétaires très sympas
un endroit que je recommande
la description du gîte corresponds à nos attentes
gîte très propre , piscine magnifique , salle de sport , terrasse et j'en passe
nous avons aucun reproche à faire
Ma femme et moi nous avons l'habitude de fréquenter ce genre d'établissement
Nous sommes très satisfait du rapport qualité prix de ce magnifique endroit
1/4 de perrigueux , des endroits magnifiques à visiter
sincèrement je vous recommande cet endroit
d'ailleurs nous avons réservé cet été
dépéchez-vous car nous allons réservé pour 2024
