The house is on one level and consists of a large room with its lounge area, dining room and open-plan kitchen.
A corridor leads to the bathroom with its private jacuzzi, as well as 3 bedrooms. The 1st is a double bedroom, the 2nd also and the 3rd accommodates a bunk bed.
Outside, a small wooden terrace with its barbecue and deckchairs.
From the end of June 2024, there will also be a private swimming pool (in the meantime the swimming pool is to be shared)
The house is ideally located in the Coeur de l'Yonne and allows you to visit the various tourist attractions. Auxerre and the banks of the Yonne, Vezelay one of the most beautiful villages in France with its Sainte Madeleine basilica (road to Compostela), the Bourdon reservoir and its swimming area, the Grottes D'Arcy sur Cure, its numerous museums, walks in the countryside.
