The house is located in the countryside (meadows, wood) in a hamlet overlooking the Lot Valley, east of Quercy.
The region is laughing and welcoming, tourist and gastronomic. It is ideal for walks (on foot, horseback, bicycle, canoe, car) and offers a wide choice of tourist sites located less than an hour away.

In the event of cancellation of the rental by the tenant due to administrative measures linked to the Covid-19 pandemic and preventing the stay, the sums paid by the tenant will be reimbursed in full as soon as possible.
In the event of cancellation of the rental by the tenant for other reasons, the sums paid by the tenant will remain with the owner unless the latter manages to re-let the cottage for the canceled period. In this case, the possible loss of rent (for example, an exceptional promotional discount granted to re-let the house) will be deducted from the sums refunded to the tenant.

Wood stove (in season): firewood is provided on request (€100 per cubic meter)
Compulsory end-of-stay cleaning (€110 or €150, depending on the cleanliness of the gîte on leaving).
