This single-storey house has a 15 m² terrace and garden furniture (table with 4 chairs, parasol, two deckchairs) as well as an enclosed garden.
Adjoining a house T2, it has however a good phonic insulation, an offset of the terraces and a separation of the gardens.
It is located in the Résidence des Iles condominium and offers a shared, covered and heated swimming pool, a playground, a petanque court and a named parking space.
12mn walk from the city center (local shops, delicatessens, restaurants, creperies, bars, boutiques), from the port (sale of fishing products when the boats return) and from the pier (departure point for the islands and sea excursions).
Local market on tuesday morning at 12mn walking distance.
The kitchen is fully equipped (4 burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge-freezer) and open to the living/dining room (table and 4 chairs).
The living room has a convertible corner sofa (extra bed for 2 people), a coffee table and a flat screen TV.
The bedroom offers a comfortable bed in 160 cm and the bathroom is adjacent (shower and washbasin on furniture).

Electricity :

- in winter period (from October 1st to April 30th) real consumption at the rate of 0,20 euros/Kwh
