Piscina privataOur gîte is a two-storey house located on the heights of a small village, with swimming pool and enclosed garden, which can accommodate 5 people (6 if baby).
You will find on the ground floor, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, traditional coffee makers + Nespresso pod etc.), living room with dining area and relaxation area, a TV lounge with sofa , a bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility of putting them together), bathroom, separate WC. On the lower floor, 1 office with single bed area, 1 master suite (double bed) with shower room, separate WC, laundry room.
The garden has a private swimming pool (unheated), vegetable garden, barbecue terrace, balcony overlooking 1 ornamental pond, playground (petanque, molky), private parking for 2 vehicles.
The house is located 15 minutes from the main tourist sites (Montignac, Terrasson Hautefort), 30 minutes from Sarlat, Brive, Périgueux, 1 hour from the Dordogne valley and its many castles.
