La Ville Josse is a spacious house that can comfortably accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms.
This stunning property is set in half an acre of land including a pond.

It is only 12 km from the beautiful north coast of Brittany and 13 km from the medieval town of Dinan.

Perfect for a family or a group of friends wanting a quiet and comfortable place to spend their holidays, La Ville Josse has everything you need to be able to relax or use it as a base to explore the beauty of Brittany.

The house has been beautifully renovated whilst retaining its original character and features including stone walls and exposed beams. The well maintained grounds and the small lake provide an ideal place to relax and enjoy the calm of the Breton countryside.

Upon entering the house, you can admire its many features and immediately feel at home. Everything has been chosen to make it a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

On the ground floor there are two large reception rooms, one specifically for dining having a large dining table and the other having plenty of comfortable seating and a television with French and English channels. Both have striking fire pits, but please note that large open fires should not be used.

There is a separate spacious kitchen which is well equipped including a dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge freezer and all the utensils you will need to sit and eat your meals together either in the kitchen or in the the dining room.

On the ground floor there is also a separate WC and a utility area with washing machine and dryer.
WiFi is provided.

From the dining room, take the stairs to a long landing from where you access the bedrooms on the first floor.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a lovely lounge area where you can sit and relax with a book or perhaps use the space to play. All rooms are spacious and bright, with low windows that offer stunning views of the pitch.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a small sofa and bedroom 3 has twin beds.
These bedrooms can use the additional family bathroom or the shower room.

OUTSIDE
The large garden is perfect for relaxing and there is enough space for children to play. Outdoor furniture is provided for you to sit and enjoy the view or perhaps eat 'al fresco' and use the barbecue.
Please note that the large pond is not fenced and children must be supervised at all times. A small rowing boat is at your disposal on the lake.

HEATING: La Ville Josse is heated by electric radiators during the colder months.

Bedding and towels are provided.

Changeover day in high season is Saturday. Please inquire about short breaks.

The house can accommodate up to 6 people.
The house is not wheelchair accessible and please note that there are stairs and a step in the property.

Pets are not allowed and the house is non-smoking, but smoking is permitted outside.

PARKING: There is ample space for parking available at the property.

Local area
The nearest town is Languenan (3.5k from the house) and Plancoët which is only 10 minutes away has many shops and a supermarket. There are many amazing places to visit in the surrounding area.

Dinan, Dinard, Saint-Malo, Lehon, Saint-Cast-Le-Guildo and the beautiful Brittany coast are nearby.
