Préstamo de bicicletasVilla Victoria is a 19th century villa located 50 m from the beach. We have restored it using natural materials, and the furniture, floors and terrace are made of oiled wood for greater comfort. It is surrounded by a 70 m2 landscaped terrace, with a gated driveway next to it for parking 2 cars.
Garden furniture, a dining area, sun loungers and teak deckchairs furnish the exterior.
Villa Victoria is air-conditioned and equipped with roller shutters.
All linen and towels are in cotton or white linen and are changed for stays of more than a week.
We have all the childcare equipment you need (bed, cot, high chair, bath, etc.), indoor and outdoor games, and we can add an extra bed for families with 3 children.
For your outings, 2 bicycles are parked in the garden shed.
You can travel with just your personal belongings, everything is provided: toiletries, cleaning products and kitchen utensils.
We will welcome you personally and give you the keys
For arrivals by train, we pick you up at the station and bring you back at the end of your stay.
On request, we will send you a link to our comments from holidaymakers.

"La location de rêve !"
Par quoi commencer ? La gentillesse et la disponibilité des hôtes Sandrine et Rodolphe ? L’emplacement du logement proche de la mer et de toutes les commodités ? Sandrine et Rodolphe sont très accueillants, ils font tout pour que le séjour se passe à merveille. Le logement est bien conçu et d’une propreté incroyable. Deux belles chambres, une pièce à vivre et surtout une super terrasse qui permet de manger dehors lorsque le soleil pointe son nez.. Tout y est, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, et tous les accessoires dont on a besoin. Tout est parfait ! J’emploie beaucoup de superlatifs mais je ne vois pas comment faire autrement.. Le seul hic c’est que tout le monde va s’y précipiter..

Nous sommes accueillis par notre hôte la location est idéalement situé à 50 mètres du bassin
L’appartement confortable est meublé avec goût, la propreté est irréprochable,le linge de maison est fourni cela évite de s’encombrer
La boulangerie est à 20 m il suffit de traverser l’avenue pour avoir des chocolatines le matin
Le centre ville est à 10 minutes à pied en passant le long du bassin
C’est une adresse que je recommande fortement d’ailleurs j’ai déjà réservé pour l’année prochaine tant je suis satisfait de mon séjour a Arcachon
On peut garer son véhicule dans une allée fermée par un portail
