- A large living room with fitted and fully equipped kitchen,
- 2 bedrooms with 160 bed in each room, convertible into 2 single beds and a small room of 7 m² with 2 bunk beds suitable for 2 children,
- Separate toilet, bathroom with tub
Total area upstairs: 80 m².
A terrace with table and chairs complete the game to live.
On the ground floor:
- A large tiled room (former cellar) with a laundry room, 2 washing machines and 1 dryer,
- A bathroom with shower,
a toilet,
- A large room (possibility to install there the ping pong table)
- A separate summer kitchen with a stone barbecue, gas stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, and a table suitable for 6 people allows well enjoy the outdoors both prepare the meals to eat there
La Tuilerie is a little outside the village of Cazouls d'Hérault, quiet village where life is good.
The shops are 2 km to Paulhan and Lésignan-la-Cebe, renowned for its sweet onions.
Access to the A75 motorway (free from Clermont-Ferrand to Beziers, toll for the Millau Viaduct) is 1 km away from the house without harming the tranquility of the property.
