La Treille - Les Menthes Sauvages

Small charming estate in beautiful traditional stones, located in the countryside with a view of nature, composed of two gîtes, 'Bignone' and 'Treille', as well as our house.

Our lodgings are located in an old barn split into two parts, each with their own private outdoor spaces, with garden furniture and barbecue.

"La Treille" gîte of 50 m² fitted out in an old barn split into two parts, with a view of the swimming pool and nature. Its private terrace has its dining and barbecue area, partially shaded thanks to its arbor.

On the ground floor you will have:
- an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.
- the living/dining room (open to the kitchen) is equipped with a futon (possibility of sleeping one person), two armchairs, flat screen television, DVD player, dining area, etc.
- a toilet with washing machine, freezer, ironing board and iron, drying rack, etc.

Upstairs you will find:
- a master bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, a baby bed and a cupboard
- a second bedroom with two 90x190 single beds with cupboard
- a shower room with changing table, hairdryer, etc.

The little extras:
- the accommodation is equipped with all the necessary baby equipment on request (mattress for changing table, bathtub, potty, high chair, table booster, travel cot, protective barrier for single bed)
- board games, toys, puzzles, books and comics are available to your children in the gîte
- household linen is provided (sheets, towels, baby bath towels, etc.)
- End of stay cleaning is included

The large 13 x 6 m swimming pool is secure and has a 2 x 2 m paddling pool area, ideal for young children, under the supervision of their parents of course!
Access is common to both gîtes, however two separate areas with deckchairs and parasols have been set up.

The location of the lodge:
Our vacationers appreciate our geographical location which allows them to go to:
- between 10 and 20 min: Audrix, Proumeyssac chasm, Le Bugue and the village of Bournat, Limeuil, Cadouin, Saint-Avit-Sénieur, Molières, Belvès, Saint-Cyprien…
- in 30 minutes for the castles of Beynac, Marqueyssac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes as well as Les Eyzies, La Roque-Gageac, Sarlat…
- in 45 minutes for Lascaux and Rouffignac, Marquay, Peyzac-le-Moustier, Tursac, Thonac, Domme…

To get to 'Menthes Sauvages':
Hamlet of Fontenille, 2 km from Le Buisson and its shops.
Around 300 m after the Maxange caves, opposite the Leisure Center sign, follow the road on your right. Turn left onto the prohibited road at 15T.
Please note, the shaded parking lot is not accessible to motorhomes!
