Amélie and Damien are pleased to welcome you to La Porta Roja, an old stone winemaker house completely renovated in 2011.
Located on the 1st floor, the living room consists of a kitchen and a living room, with a wood stove. A small laundry room, with WC and washing machine, completes this floor.
On the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms (1 with a bed of 140, the other with 2 beds of 80) will allow you to spend cozy nights! The bathroom, with shower and toilet, is teak.
The cottage overlooks a private courtyard shared between different owners. Good living and respect are the key words!
Possibility to store bicycles in closed premises.
Private parking space for the cottage.
All shops and services 5 km.
Tourist attraction: halfway between Clermont-Ferrand and Issoire and easy access from the Paris-Montpellier motorway (9 km from the exit), this cottage is ideally located to radiate throughout the department (Parks Volcanoes of Auvergne and Livradois-Forez, massif of Sancy, excursions and excursions, sports, leisures and visits).

"Séjour fin Aout 2023"
Très agréable séjour entre amis passé pendant une semaine. Calme et bien équipé , ce gite mérite le détour surtout avec sa proximité de nombreux sites d'Auvergne. L'accueil a été plus que sympathique par les propriétaires avec lesquels nous avons beaucoup échangé.
