Nearby, you can discover charming villages such as Béhuard, La Pointe as well as the famous vineyards of Savennières or the hillsides of the layon.
Less than ten minutes by train you will find Angers and its castle with the tapestries of the Apocalypse and one hour, Nantes.
Our village has a grocery store offering local products, a restaurant, a bicycle repair shop, an art gallery. A market is in place every Sunday morning.
The house develops on three levels.
• on the ground floor you will have a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster) and a living room with a convertible sofa. This space opens onto an outdoor courtyard where it will be possible to take meals (with plancha)
• on the first floor, a large bedroom (bed 160x200 cm) and the bathroom (with washing machine)
• finally, on the second floor, another bedroom (bed 140x190 cm)
You can enjoy the comfort and calm of this house, with family or friends and discover the Loire by bike and the castles of the Loire.
