La Moussette is a 220 m² house with a large 80 m² terrace: this area has a lodge + jacuzzi for 4 people and deckchairs.
There is also plenty of garden furniture and a gas barbecue.
On the ground floor, there is a large entrance hall, a large living room, a bedroom with en suite shower room, a laundry room and separate WC.
The common room has a surface area of 60 m². It features a kitchen with a central island to make meal preparation a convivial and enjoyable experience (modern, functional equipment). The dining area is organised around a large farmhouse table. The lounge area features a games buffet, two comfortable sofas and an Android TV.
The bedroom sleeps 2 (bed 160x200) and has a large bay window leading to the outdoor spa. It has a shower room (140x90 shower and WC).
The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge-freezer and ceiling-hung clothes line.
Upstairs is a reading and work area with a small desk, sofa and bookcase. This space opens onto three bedrooms:
- one bedroom for 4
- one bedroom for 3
- a bedroom for 3
There is also a bathroom and a shower room:
- the vanilla bathroom with bath and shower
- the blue bathroom with shower and WC
There is also a separate WC.

HOW TO GET TO CLOS DELAMARE FROM ETRETAT
1. Take the direction "le Havre".
2. Drive through the village of Le Tilleul.
3. At the exit of Le Tilleul, turn right towards La Poterie Cap d'Antifer.
4. At the end of the road, turn right towards the roundabout of the town hall.
5. Take the third exit.
6. Then turn immediately right, towards Saint-Jouin Bruneval: the grey gate on the left is the gate of the Clos Delamare: you have arrived at La Moussette!

ARRIVING FROM LE HAVRE
1. Take the direction "Etretat" (D 940).
2. After about fifteen kilometres, turn left onto the road to Gonneville.
3. Continue to the roundabout, take the 2nd exit on the left towards Saint-Jouin Bruneval: on your left, go along a brick and flint wall (the Moussette wall): just after, a grey gate is open: it is the one of Clos Delamare!

WHEN YOU ARRIVE BY THE A 29
1. About half an hour's journey will take you to Gonneville-la-Mallet.
2. Then take the direction of La Poterie Cap d'Antifer (D 32).
Drive through Sainte Marie au Bosc.
3. Continue straight on until you reach the D 940.
4. Cross the D940 and go straight on Route de Gonneville
Continue to the roundabout, take the 2nd exit on the left towards Saint-Jouin Bruneval: on your left, go along a brick and flint wall (the Moussette wall): just after, a grey gate is open: it's the Clos Delamare's!
