Please take note of our cancellation terms before committing.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. This 30% deposit will only be refunded if the customer cancels their reservation within 24 hours of the initial reservation. Payment of the balance is due no later than 60 days before the arrival date. It includes a refundable security deposit and the applicable tourist tax, which will be calculated according to the number of occupants of the accommodation over the duration of your stay. We will notify you by email when your payment is due. If the balance payment is not received by the date indicated, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and retain the 30% deposit.
If the client decides to cut short his stay for any reason after his arrival, the owners are not obliged to reimburse the missed days. In the event, but admittedly unlikely, that the owners should cancel a client's reservation, the client will be notified immediately. All payments made to date will be refunded in full. We will do our best to help you find alternative accommodation in the area. Our liability does not extend beyond these conditions.
All payments to Maison du Petit Jacques are made securely online via Stripe, or can be paid directly into our French bank account. We only accept payment in euros. Stripe accepts various types of cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express.
