La Maison du Lavoir

La Maison du Lavoir is located in a small, quiet hamlet sheltered from the winds.
10 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by bike from basic amenities (grocery store, bread store, pharmacy, etc.)
In direct proximity to trails and paths leading to our most beautiful beaches and the small port of Dielette.
Many activities are offered all around us (surfing, coastal rescue, sand yachting, horse riding, sailing school), as well as festive evenings if you wish (lots of musical evenings by the sea).

This old stone house typical of Cotentin has a pleasant and cozy living room (room/living room), a small independent kitchen and a toilet on the ground floor.
Upstairs: a bathroom with a somewhat atypical hip bathtub, a landing leading to two very bright bedrooms with a view of the wash house (if you sleep with the window open you can enjoy the gurgling of the water, and the singing of some owls and frogs that share our hamlet).
The 1st bedroom has a sofa bed to which I added a mattress for more comfort, a wardrobe space.
The 2nd has a bed for 2 people and some shelves.

Please know that this place is my main home which I put at your disposal, it is the complete opposite of a "show house", I necessarily leave my mark there (a few photos, drawings or other personal objects and my books available as well). that you don't leave with "my precious ones").
