It comprises on the ground floor 2 large living rooms, a kitchen, WC, and a large terrace which provide 2 living areas comprising of over 100 m² each for the good and for bad weather.
On the first floor attic a large bedroom (with dressing room, private / ensuite WC), 2 bedrooms and a bathroom / WC independent seduce you.
On the ground floor a large room of 19 m² and a room of independent baths used to comfortably accommodate an additional couple.
The pool close enough to check the closure of the gateway and remote to the cries of bathers do not interfere with those who sit in the House is a major asset of the property; swings, table tennis petanque games provide additional activity on site for young and old.
A double pony that can be mounted to the delight of the youngest.
The setting is charming, quiet, relaxing and having a view that nothing stops the south of the Lot valley (3 km) and the cliffs of the Causse Comtal (10 km) to the south, the foothills of the Aubrac north.

"Belles vacances à la maison de vigneron"
Si vous recherchez le calme et la beauté des paysages aveyronais c'est à la maison de vigneron qu'il faut séjourner. Une magnifique bâtisse bien agencée, où nous avons profité des extérieurs et de la piscine tout le long de notre séjour. Je recommande.

"Superbe séjour"
Ce gîte est magnifique.
Lieu isolé au calme, avec une vue splendide sur la vallée du Lot.
Le gîte est excellemment bien équipé, la piscine est idéale pour un petit bain avant et/ou après une balade dans cette très belle région pourvu de nombreux plus beaux villages de France (Saint-Come d'Olt, Estaing, Saint-Eulalie, d'olt, Conques), sans oublier Bouzols qui vaut le détour.
Vraiment un super séjour, je recommande aussi bien le gîte que la région.

"séjour exceptionnel"
Quelle demeure extraordinaire, séjour que moi et mes coéquipiers ne pourrons jamais oublier.
Espace, tranquillité, accueil et demeure de charme tout était réuni pour passer un bon séjour.
Livret d'accueil très bien détaillé ou vous pouvez trouver de quoi vous occuper pendant votre séjour.
Super terrasse avec barbecue et piscine.
Nous remercions donc le propriétaire et Mme Cazes pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.
Je conseil vivement et garde les coordonnées bien au chaud pour éventuel autre séjour dans ce lieu magnifique.
