This “Provençal” type detached house is located in the Saint-Clair district, renowned for its charm and tranquility due to its geographical location between sea and hill.
The beautiful Saint-Clair beach is a 10-minute walk away, or 700 m.
The first shops are 400 m away.
The town of Lavandou, accessible either by the cycle path, the coastal path or the road, is 2 km away.

This detached house, approximately 80 m², air-conditioned, is located on a dead end street and has a fenced garden of 450 m² including two terraces with furniture and electric blinds. A patio allows parking for 2 cars.
This villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor and each offer 2 beds, one with 2 90x190 beds and the other 2 90x200 beds. This sleeping area includes the bathroom with walk-in shower, toilets and a laundry area.
The 3rd bedroom which is upstairs has a 140 double bed and a small bathroom.
The 3 bedrooms offer storage. A baby bed available on request.
The living room opens onto the 2 terraces and offers an open kitchen with a central island.

Small pets are accepted with permission.

Our rates vary depending on the number of occupants, from 4 to 6.
The tourist tax will be payable separately.
Proof of resort insurance will be required.
The entire rental must be paid 1 month before your arrival.

After crossing Lavandou, continue on the D 539 towards St Tropez. The cornice goes back down to St Clair. At the Olivier roundabout, you continue on the D539, still towards St Tropez for approximately 200 m.

You will leave the main road and turn left.

You will stay slightly to the left and pass in front of the chapel of St Clair and then turn on your right, near the restaurant Le Mazet, to take Chemin de la Cascade. Impasse des Tortues is 200 m on your right.
