Stone house of 35 m² which embodies the Norman charm. Located 7 km from Caen and the D-Day beaches.
The house, freshly restored, has two levels in a peaceful and quiet village.
It is a small space but you will find all modern comfort there!
The house includes:
- on the ground floor: living room with a very comfortable BZ sofa (double bed), a fully equipped kitchen area with utensils and dishes, fridge freezer, a shower room and WC
- upstairs: bedroom with double bed 140x190 and on the landing, single bed, folding baby bed can be provided on request
Small spaces, but you will find all the necessary comfort for 4 people maximum!
You can park easily and for free on the street or in front of the town hall. It is a very quiet village, no worries.
Sheets, towels and tea towels provided, small emergency grocery only.
Unable to park in the courtyard, except to deposit your luggage
Access to the neighbor's garden to put a table by removing it in your absence so as not to interfere with mowing.
PLEASE NOTE: the staircase is narrow (0.80) and requires stooping. Wifi works well now 2021
