The house is located at the entrance to the hamlet in a hilly and forested landscape.
The house has an entrance, kitchen, living room, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor, upstairs a mezzanine and 3 bedrooms (sheets and towels provided)

The farm is authentic, wood heated by a Godin stove and there is no WiFi or television.
It’s truly a return to simplicity and calm.
Board games are available.
You will have at your disposal a private terrace with a view of the garden. Tables and chairs on the terrace.
You can go for a walk from the house, on foot through the woods.
Leaflets and hiking maps are at your disposal.
We will be happy to show you hikes to do locally or further afield.
It is possible to ride the Rosalie, pedal boat and walk around Lake Vaivre 15 minutes from the house.
Activities such as tree climbing in Rioz.
Or rail bike near Vesoul.
A bakery with a small grocery store is 2.5 km away with the possibility of having it delivered directly to the house by ordering in advance.
