In case of cancellation MORE than 30 days before the rental date: Unless we manage to re-rent this same period to another tenant, in which case we will then refund your deposit; otherwise the deposit check (33% of the rental amount) will be retained.
In case of cancellation LESS than 30 days before the rental date, the total rental price remains due.
In the event of a major (unforeseeable) event preventing us from proceeding with the rental, and if we cannot offer you an equivalent and satisfactory alternative solution in your eyes, we will reimburse you as soon as possible all the sums paid.

"Gite "Le Vignal""
Un grand merci à Stephan pour ce séjour passé au Vignal. Tout était réuni pour passer de superbes vacances: un gîte agréable dans un cadre magnifique, entouré par la garrigue, pas mieux pour se ressourcer. Piscine, badminton et détente étaient au rendez-vous. Stephan nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et a été très sympathique et disponible tout au long du séjour. Notre chien Manny était le bienvenu, et a aussi adoré ses vacances, en compagnie des chiens de Stephan (Totor, Sensa, Aria et Eve), avec qui il a adoré jouer dans ce grand terrain.
Nous retenons l'adresse pour de prochaines vacances en Ardèche !
