La Certaldina holiday apartments are situated in the heart of Tuscany, not far from Florence and Siena, eight independents apartments with their own gardens have been realised in an ancient villa surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan countryside. La Certaldina, with its swimming pool immersed in the olive groves, is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday whilst being able to explore the artistic beauty of Tuscany. In fact the strategic position of ‘La Certaldina ’ means Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and San Gimignano are easily reached by car in between 20 and 50 minutes.

The apartment is 54 mq and is situated on the ground floor, sleeps 4 people (2+2). It is composed of a living/dining room with a double sofa bed(for 2 adults) a semi separate kitchen a double bedroom with four-poster bed and a bathroom with shower walk-in. The apartment opens onto a private area with a pergola and a table, chairs and looks out over the nearby olive groves and pool.

By car :
From Florence: highway A1, exit Firenze Impruneta, then take the SS Firenze-Siena, exit Tavarnelle Val di Pesa. Continue straight for 5 km and once in town, follow the directions for Montespertoli or Certaldo, then turn right at the first roundabout. Continue straight at the 2nd, 3rd, 4th roundabout.

At the 5th roundabout, turn right towards Marcialla. About 3 km from Tavarnelle, you reach the village of Marcialla, turn left on the square, then take the road that runs along the church with a steeple. Continue for 3 km on the Tavolese road, at number 2 on the right you will see the entrance to La Certaldina.

From Rome: Take the A1 motorway towards Florence, take the Val di Chiana exit, exit towards Siena, take the Poggibonsi Nord exit, at the roundabout, take the direction of Certaldo -Castelfiorentino, drive about 10 / 15 minutes towards Certaldo.

When you are in Certaldo, follow the signs "Montespertoli - Fiano". When you are in Via Fiorentina, you will see two indications for Marcialla, follow the signs indicating "Marcialla" to 7 km.

The name of the street is Via Tavolese. go sigh to Marcialla 9 km straight, because you will make a great tour. When you are on Via Tavolese, go for 4 km and we are on the left. We are 150 meters after the small lake that you will see on the right side.
From Pisa airport: "Florence - Livorno" (street name FI-PI-LI), travel 45 km. Exit at "Empoli Ovest" or "Ponte Elsa" and follow the signs "Certaldo - Poggibonsi - Siena" (street name SS429), travel 25 km. By train: from Florence or Pisa, take the train to Siena, Siena take a train to Empoli and get off at Certaldo station. Take a taxi to Villa Certaldina Holidays, located 8 km from the train station.
