We fell in love with "the talk and its extraordinary environment"!
We are very happy to share the well-being and the saved site with you.
Here, nature is soothing.

In a hamlet of 8 stone houses, "la causerie" has 2 independent gites with separate entrances.
The hamlet is on the height in an area protected by its authenticity.
Time is almost stopped.
We are reassured to know that the place will remain in the state for a long time.
The chat benefits from this exceptional setting with an unobstructed view.
Parking is easy on the garden of more than 9500 m².
A 6 x 12 m swimming pool is in the middle of this garden, it adds a touch of blue in the green meadows.
The eyes are surprised and we breathe better.

The walks from the cottage are numerous.
5 minutes from BUGUE on the Vézère. One quickly finds there all the vital needs, the doctors, the pharmacies, the bakeries and the restaurants.
35 minutes from Sarlat, and 40 minutes from Périgueux, you are in Périgord Noir.

The "cottage with 5 bedrooms" has 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms for +8 people and the swimming pool is private and private. The price can be adjusted if you are only 2 to 4 people.

And the "cottage with 2 bedrooms" has 2 bedrooms upstairs for 4 people.
You can rent 1 gite of your choice or you can rent the 2 gites.
The price will be decreasing according to your choice and the length of stay. Do not hesitate to ask for the price according to your choice. There is no access to the pool on site but we can invite you to another pool which is a 5 minute drive away.

• "Large Gîte with 5 bedrooms"
On the ground floor: 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds (90x200), a bathroom, a living room and dining room (veranda), a kitchen and an office. The office-bedroom with 1 bed and a mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with 2 80x190 beds and in each bedroom there is 1 shower room, WC and a sink.
The swimming pool is in a meadow and surrounded by a 25 m² terrace. The swimming pool is reserved only for "gîte 1"

• "Cottage with 2 bedrooms"
On the ground floor, a living room with an insert, a kitchen with a dining table, a shower and a sink (laundry machine).
Upstairs, there is access via a comfortable staircase to 2 bedrooms well separated by an office area. The view gives through windows on the hamlet and on nature. You can add a 120x180 mattress if you wish.

During the walks, you can pick different mushrooms.
