Located in the heart of the hyper center of Angers, you will stay in a refurbished apartment close to all amenities on foot (less than 200m from the Place du Ralliement, the Casa de Paco is located on the courtyard side of an adjacent alley). Bakery, clothing stores, decoration stores, monoprix food stores, restaurants, bars, cinema, theatre, covered parking... are located downstairs close to the building.
The accommodation is well equipped (heating, roller shutters, smoke detector, equipped kitchen, kettle, nespresso, linen, cooking utensils, washing machine, washer-dryer,..). It has a double bed with memory foam mattress, a standing table and 2 high chairs. Functional, Casa de Paco will allow you to enjoy a pleasant stay.
Direct access to the SNCF train station (11 min by tram).
Entire accommodation with bed linen and towels as well as toilet paper, washing-up liquid, sponge, coffee, tea,..

If you come by car, a covered car park (1 hour free) is a 2-minute walk away. The totally free car park is a 12-minute walk away.
