L'oustal d'Agathe - Independent house, on one level with two exteriors: (1) a patio on the shaded side and (2) a pergola (with canvas) facing south with the private garden extending from the terrace, approximately 140 m² . The spacious comfortable bedrooms are en-suite.
The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning, The integrated kitchen (fridge freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine with all the comfort equipment and its small robots).
The furniture is French and comes mainly from an Aveyron cabinetmaker (La Maison Bonnafe in Camares - manufacturer of custom furniture) or found in antique shops or flea markets in Pézenas...
All these details to reveal its authentic and southern character and guarantee a comfortable stay in an authentically French and Languedoc atmosphere.
The house is ready when you arrive, i.e. beds made and household linen, toiletries and the first doses of household products provided.
Our homes respond to the name of Oustal de Cyrène, Oustal d'Agathe.
"l'Oustal" in Languedoc means "house".
Each house includes:
- a living room comprising: a large integrated kitchen and dining area, all modern comforts and A living room-library (TV. Cd channel) open on the loggia garden terrace side onto a large fully equipped kitchen-dining area with all modern comforts,
- two en-suite bedrooms (sleeps 180 i.e. 90 x 2),
- our shower rooms are all equipped with walk-in showers/toilets and separate toilets.
Each house has a capacity of 4 adults.
Our three houses have been decorated in the very southern spirit, reflecting our art of living in our south. However, they each have their own personality and present a completely different atmosphere.

The prices indicated include household linen (kitchen, bed, toilet), doses of cleaning products, wifi internet access, parking space included in the property.
The cleaning fee is 120€(2024), it is not included in the published rates
However, if on leaving the house is cluttered (household waste, dishwasher or washing machine...), a penalty will be levied lump sum of €500 on the security deposit, as mentioned on the rental contract.

"Séjour de détente"
Gîte idéalement conçu pour 4 adultes et très bien situé à proximité de la plage. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la propreté des lieux. Sans oublier l'acceuil sympathique de la propriétaire. Nous conseillons ce gîte sans restriction.
