L'Épervier - Domaine de Tremagouet

We welcome you to our rentals: 3 Gîtes and an indoor (9 m) and heated (30°C) swimming pool as well as a hammam are at your disposal in the “wellness area”.

• L'Epervier can accommodate from 8 to 19 people (15 adults, 4 children and 2 babies), all comfort including 6 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and communicating living room of 70 m²

"The KABUKI Spa and Institute" is adjacent to your wellness area (swimming pool and hammam). Three qualified and passionate practitioners offer you beauty treatments and quality massages. The farmhouse was built between the years 1740 and 1820. It consists of a 40 m long farmhouse facing south. Opposite are the Mésange, the Hirondelles (conference room) and the studio de la Chouette (recording studio).

All the renovations have been carried out using ecological materials and in keeping with the spirit of the original house. The exterior coatings are in lime, sand and ocher in a warm color which contrasts wonderfully with the grass and the plants of the 2500 m² garden including a swing and games for children and private parking.

Our lodgings are located in Québriac, in the heart of romantic Brittany, 30 km from Rennes and Saint-Malo. At the end of the locality, you can access the Ille et Rance canal for long bike rides or walks.

The Gîtes des Oiseaux de Passage are a haven of peace, a relaxing, natural and original place to stay for all your group and family stays or as a couple.
