L'Atelier, gîte rural Jurassien

In the heart of the Pays des Lacs, in the Haut-Jura regional natural park, and with must-see sites in the region such as the Cascades du Hérisson, Baume-les-Messieurs and Château-Chalon nearby, this former turning workshop has been recently renovated and transformed into a spacious three-storey gîte with an area of 120 m².
The charm of the old combines with the comfort of the modern, using wood, stone and lime in the large rooms.
Respectful of the environment, the ecological paint is clay-based, the house is equipped with a heat pump and the stove burns wood from the forests that surround us.

Located in a peaceful hamlet (a half-way back with no traffic exit), the cottage is surrounded by the forest in a green setting where hiking and mountain biking trails pass in front of the door.
Just 4 km from Lake Vouglans, walks, horseback riding or water walks are available to visitors, while shops, the cinema and the Toy Museum are less than ten minutes away.

One dog is allowed only with advance notice. In high season bookings are from Saturday to Saturday only.
