Jolie petite maison en cœur de village

In the heart of the village, our typical little Oleronian house, with a private entrance and garden, is adjoining our residence.
It is within walking distance of all amenities: bakery, daily market, supermarket, newsagent, pizza, etc.
The beaches are 10 minutes by bike, and less than 5 minutes by car.
You will discover the island via the cycle paths or the free summer shuttle 5 minutes away on foot, which takes you to all the beaches and nooks and crannies of the island.

The living room/lounge with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.) and open to the dining area, offers a spacious living space.
The sleeping area delimited by wooden beams and curtains, has a 160 cm bed, and a separate cabin bedroom, ideal for a child, with an 80 cm bed.
Of course, a travel cot and a high chair can be made available to travelers on request.
The bathroom includes the WC and the washing machine.
The veranda opening widely onto the garden, allows you to eat your meals and enjoy the evenings a little longer, even if they are a little cool. You can also prefer to have your meals in the garden: in the sun or in the shade of the trees...
