Very pretty house, Lou Clapas, classified as "character accommodation" by the Midi-Pyrénées Region, renovated to a very high standard, situated in the typical hamlet of Cantobre, 6 km from the village of Nant, with a magnificent view (terrace) over the Dourbie Valley (30 km from Millau and its famous bridge). Close to the Templar cities of the Larzac plateau (Couvertoirade, Sainte Eulalie de Cernon, etc.). Numerous outdoor activities (hiking, via ferrata, canoeing, etc.) and natural sites in the surrounding area (gorges de la Dourbie, du Tarn et de la Jonte, Mont Aigoual, Montpellier le Vieux, grotte de Dargilan and aven Armand). Ideal for nature lovers, hikers and sports enthusiasts. This region is famous for its orchids in May and June.

The gîte occupies the entire central part of the house (the attic is unoccupied).
On the ground floor you will find a kitchenette (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave/oven, filter coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender) in the dining room.

On the 1st floor, above the dining room/kitchen, you find a mezzanine with sofa/BZ 140 and TV.

From the kitchen, 4 steps lead up to the main part of the gîte, which comprises: shower, separate WC, bedroom (2 twin 90cm beds), 45m² games room (table tennis, washing machine, extra sofa bed) and finally the terrace (plancha) with views over the Dourbie.
