Piscina privataIn the residence "Les Jardins de Pontaillac", pretty and comfortable T2 of 33 m² with 2 large terraces of 12 m² each very well equipped with deckchairs, garden furniture, table and chairs for peaceful meals in the greenery with a view of the swimming pool , ideally located 150 m from Pontaillac beach and its seafront, its shops, restaurants and the Royan casino, all on foot and departing from the Chemin des Douaniers for beautiful walks along the seaside up to to the wild coast via the beaches of Saint-Sordelin, Nauzan, Saint-Palais and Platin.
Very bright, crossing, carefully decorated with a seaside atmosphere, it consists of:
• an entrance with independent WC
• a kitchen equipped with ceramic hob and hood, combined oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.
• a living room with BZ sofa and large screen TV with internet, Wifi and fiber opening onto a first SW terrace equipped with garden furniture to enjoy the evening sun,
• a bedroom with a 140 comfort mattress bed, a wall-mounted television and cupboard/wardrobe,
• a spacious adjoining bathroom with storage and heated towel rail.
The 2 rooms opening onto the 2nd SE-facing terrace equipped with tables, chairs and deckchairs for lunch in peace and greenery.
Private outdoor parking

"Très bien"
Appartement très bien situé, accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite jusqu'à la plage. Très lumineux avec terrasses vue sur un parc au calme. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires très sympathiques et prévenants. Nous avons même eu droit aux légumes du jardin, un grand merci.

Des hôtes très sympathiques et très accueillants.
L’appartement est identique aux photos, une propreté impeccable. Très bien situé, nous pouvons tout faire à pied sans soucis.

"Le calme en pleine période estivale !"
Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires : en cette année olympique, je leur attribue une médaille d'or ! Avec mention spéciale pour les bons légumes du jardin.
Appartement très bien situé, à deux pas du sentier du littoral dans une résidence au calme. La place de parking est très appréciable ! Du pays Roannais (le mien) au pays Royannais, il n'y a qu'une lettre de différence, alors MERCY !

"Excellent séjour"
Nous sommes allés 3 jours à vaux sur mer en ce mois de février. Ce gîte est très bien agencé et très fonctionnel. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les propriétaires sont très professionnels et d une grande gentillesse. Je recommande

"Très joli T2 proche plage"
Super T2 très bien équipé et à 5 min de l’une des plus belles plages de Pontaillac. Proche toute commodité, avec une place de parking. Nous remercions également Marielle et Jean pour leur accueil.
