Rent, weekly and long weekends, charming house with enclosed garden 100 meters from the beach in Locmaria on the island of Groix.
A preserved island, paradise for birds, walkers and all those who love authentic nature and time passing slowly…
We welcome you to our house in Locmaria. One of the most beautiful villages on the South Island, very close to the beaches and sandy coves, which can be reached in a few minutes by bike from the house.
The house is a former shipowner's house which dates from 1880.
Full of charm, beamed ceilings, a fireplace and a pretty walled garden, perfect for the safety of children.
4 bedrooms
- a bedroom with a double bed
- a bedroom with a double bed, a shower and a sink
- a bedroom with 2 twin beds
- a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a sink.
- a large bathroom with 2 sinks, bathtub and shower (in the bathtub)
- a ground floor of 60 M2, with a lounge area (TV, DVD, Hifi) around a fireplace, a dining area and a very well equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator and cookware dream kitchen for those who love to cook).
- A walled garden type "priest's garden" with furniture (lunch table under the lilac tree for 8 people, deck chairs, aperitif corner), plancha, barbecue, deckchairs, large table and garden chairs. It overlooks a square/parking lot with a wash house.
- almost “EVERYTHING” for babies, folding bed, changing table, deckchair, car seat.
You can access the island of Groix via Lorient, in Morbihan in southern Brittany.
The crossing lasts 45 minutes for the timetable, look at the website of la compagnie oceane
On the island you will find all the shops, possibility of having groceries delivered to your home, bike rental companies at the port.

"Bel endroit"
Maison familiale chaleureuse, authentique et jardin fleuri où il fait bon se prelasser. Nous y avons passé un sejour sympathique entre amis. Situation exceptionnelle près de la plage. En effet, il ne manque rien côté cuisine. Cependant ce serait bien de rajouter quelques transats et un barbecue qui était pourtant annoncé dans le descriptif. Je recommande à 100% cette location.
