Two bedroom gîte, located in our magnificent old farmhouse dating from the 17th century. It is surrounded by 2 acres of gardens, meadows and orchards and is surrounded by vineyards and sunflowers.

Living in the main house, we are available if you need us.

We are located on the border of the departments of Charente-Maritime (17) and Charente (16), just 4 to 5 hours drive from Paris and the channel ports , just over an hour from La Rochelle airport and an hour and a half from Bordeaux.
Just 10 minutes from the historic town of Cognac with its cobbled streets, café terraces, shops, gardens, cognac houses to visit and many festivals throughout the year.
We are also close to the wonderful La Rochelle, the beautiful Romanesque town of Saintes, the medieval city of Saint-Jean-d'Angély, Angoulême, Royan, La Palmyre and much more.
In under an hour by car, you will reach the incredible sandy beaches of the Atlantic.
You can also go canoeing, fishing and windsurfing in the Lazy River Charente.

Children are well catered for with a 10 x 5 meter heated swimming pool, sandpit and a large selection of children's toys.
We also offer a high quality trampoline with safety net, table tennis, badminton and basketball, football goals in the meadow, climbers, swings, slides and bicycles to borrow free of charge.

For those who really can't or don't want to escape everyday life altogether, we have free WiFi, which is accessible in the courtyard.
