Want to celebrate your birthday with all your loved ones? or to immortalize a EVG or EVJF as it should be? or even to bring together your whole family for a weekend? to organize a seminar or a team building?

HOMAZING is the solution for all your private events.

Villa Cocorico (located in a town in Loiret at Chantecoq, can't you make it up...?) is our first villa, and it is ideal for your festive stays: a capacity of 15 people (with us nicknamed "Homazer") for our launch in July 2022 then 30 people from September 2022, you will enjoy a heated outdoor swimming pool, a petanque court, volleyball, table football, all on a 4500 m² area entirely privatized and without direct neighbor.

Inside Villa Cocorico:

Villa Cocorico is spread over two buildings.

You will find a total of 4 rooms for our July 2022 launch, all tastefully decorated, including two on the ground floor:
Bedroom 1, ground floor: 2 people – 1 double bed 140x190;
Bedroom 2, ground floor: 2 people – 1 double bed 140x190;
Bedroom 3, floor: 5 people – 1 double bed 160x200, 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed;
Bedroom 4, floor: 6 people – 6 single beds;
You will also have 3 bathrooms (1 on the ground floor), as well as 5 magnificent toilets (2 on the ground floor), a large living room of 70 m² with bar, lounge and dining room, table football and Bluetooth speaker of 2x500 watts.

The kitchen is fully equipped for the reception of 30 "Homazers":
- two large refrigerators;
- oven and microwave;
- 5-burner cooking stove;
- toaster ;
- beer machine (in moderation!)?;
- ice machine
- 3 raclette machines to remind you of the mountains;
- dishwasher (it's still the holidays);
- crockery, glasses, frying pans and casseroles… finally all the equipment for 30 "Homazers"!
You will also have a scullery equipped with a lot of useful stuff to clean, dry and care for your clothes.

Finally, do you want to enjoy an evening of poker or board games? The bluff invites itself to HOMAZING with a specially designed room.

The icing on the cake ? From September 2022, a new 100 m² games room with a billiard table as well as table football, a beer-pong table, a dancefloor area with bar and enclosure for partying and finally, a relaxation area with sofas and video projector.
This room can easily be transformed into a reception room.

Also from September 2022 a new sleeping area of 80 m² for 15 people.

The exterior of Villa Cocorico:
Outside, you have an 8 x 4 m swimming pool heated from April to October, fully secured by a bar cover, and ready to welcome your best dives.
A petanque court (boules provided), as well as an outdoor ping-pong table (rackets and balls provided) will complete this sublime 4500 m² site. A play area for children has also been installed.

All the equipment has been fully planned for a pleasant festive stay:
- table and chairs for lunch and dinner for up to 30 people;
- Beach umbrella ;
- deckchairs;
- XXL barbecue for your grills...

Location :
Villa Cocorico is located in the town of Chantecoq, south of Paris, 5 minutes from the A19 directly served by the A6. Thus, you are located 1h30 from central Paris, 1h from Orléans, and 2h from Tours.

Although isolated (no neighbor within 150 meters), you will have all the amenities within 10 minutes by car: supermarket, bakery, restaurant, bar-tobacconist...

Miscellaneous info:
Sheets and bath towels: they are included in the rental price for the exact number of people registered. Any additions will incur additional costs. Pool towels are not provided.
Check-in: from 5 p.m. – Check-out: until 11 a.m. on weekdays, and 6 p.m. on Sundays.
