If the water in the spa needs to be changed due to non-compliance with its use, we will ask for compensation of 75€
2. Non-smoking: It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the house. If you wish to smoke, please use the outdoor areas provided for this purpose.
Please do not throw cigarette butts on the lawn. Instead, you should throw them in the ashtray provided for this purpose.
Discovering that guests have smoked inside the property will also result in the loss of the damage deposit.
3. Respect for the premises: We ask our guests to respect the premises and leave them in the condition in which they found them. Any damage or breakage will be invoiced to the tenant.
5. Noise: Parties and noisy parties are not allowed in our house. We ask our guests to respect the tranquility of the neighbors and to reduce the noise after 22pm.
6. Capacity: The maximum number of people allowed in the house is indicated in the announcement. Any exceeding of this capacity is strictly prohibited.

7. Pets: Pets are not allowed in our house unless agreed by the owner.
8. Waste: We ask our guests to sort the waste and deposit it in the containers provided for this purpose.
9. Check-in and check-out: The arrival and departure times are indicated in the announcement. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the owner. Please do not block the cleaning team. Additional costs may be requested if departure after the set time.
10. Facilities: The facilities of the house are at the disposal of the tenants during their stay. However, in case of breakage or damage, the tenant must inform the owner and assume the costs of repair or replacement.
11. Refund: The cancellation conditions are fixed on the platform. Please note that we will not refund any stay.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
