Guest must provide all required information at least one day before the reservation. The reservation will be confirmed 30 minutes after it is made on the same day.

After the requested check-in date and time, entry will not be permitted.

Only the reservation holder can check-in, and they must be one of the guests.

Changes to the reservation holder or guests are not allowed.

A fine of $500 per person will be applied if there are guests not included in the reservation.

In case of lost keys or access cards, the lock will be replaced at a cost of $1500.

You must leave the kitchen clean and wash the dishes to avoid additional cleaning charges.

Any damage to the property or furniture will be charged to the guest.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Cigarettes must be disposed of properly.

You must take out the trash for hygiene reasons.

If you bring pets, you must clean them and pick up their waste.

An additional three days will be charged if check-out is 15 minutes after the scheduled time.
