Note: The first floor landing is split level with an additional 3 steps up to each bedroom at the front and an additional 2 steps to the bathroom and bedrooms at the rear.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome charged at 20 GBP each per stay, if you cannot add pets/pay for the supplement when making your booking, please contact Sykes after making your booking to arrange pet additions.

This property accepts a maximum of 8 guests including infants .

Logs for the hot tub can be purchased from the owners for 5 GBP per bag or alternatively you can book a service which offers to fill the hot tub; light the fire and heat the water to the required temperature for 40 GBP per use of the hot tub.
