The 3200 m² garden, wooded and fenced, will allow you to enjoy the secure 10 x 5 m swimming pool.
The pergola will guarantee you freshness during lunch.
You will be the "sole owners" of this place during your stay.
250 m² barn for 6 people located in a small village overlooking the LAPEBIE cycle path 18 km from Saint-Émilion.
Garden of 3200 m², secure swimming pool 10 x 5 m, with roller shutter.
Each room has its own shower room/bathroom and private toilet.
Mosquito nets on each bedroom window
Available: travel cot and bed linen, high chair, bed for young children, bathtub, baby monitor, changing table
Parasols and deckchairs for 6 people.
Bed and toilet linen provided as well as bath sheets and tea towels
Plancha.
Two bikes available
Parking on site.
Free tennis 50 m away.
Cycle path 500 m away.
Marked hikes from the village
Tennis at 80 m will get you in shape in the morning.
You can continue on the cycle path to Bordeaux and continue on the hiking trails directly from the house.
You are located in the middle of the most prestigious wine region: Saint-Émilion, Le Sauternais, Les Graves…
We don't come to this region by chance! Montaigne, Mauriac and Montesquieu will give you a taste for reading again and will reveal the secrets of Bordeaux wine. This town is only 38 km away and is worth the detour. Its UNESCO World Heritage listing speaks for itself.
You will find in the house all the documents to best visit our region.
This barn hosted my grandfather's tractors for years. The pigeons had found their paradise there and the children of the hamlet their hiding place. My mother, who is passionate about decoration, spent her retirement transforming it into a charming house. I am taking up the torch to perpetuate this “family story” and transmit to our visitors the infectious happiness of this small village.
