Located in the heart of the village, our house offers a unique atmosphere and an unforgettable spectacle of the Luberon. On 174 m², this spacious house offers both private and collective spaces for the privacy and well-being of its occupants.

The rooms are spread over 3 levels:

the entrance is through the large kitchen which opens onto a corridor leading to a WC-hand basin and a 25m² bedroom-living room.

After crossing a wide comfortable staircase, you arrive on the 1st floor which opens onto the living room and a private space consisting of a corridor leading to the blue bedroom and the bathroom (WC-shower-bathtub).

The landing on the top floor provides access to the master bedroom with private shower room + WC, and to the solarium itself opening onto the terrace. The panoramic view of the Luberon will not leave you indifferent.

The house also has a cellar with exterior access to easily store bicycles and motorcycles.
Mosquito nets with sliding openings are installed in each room.

There is no direct contact with the neighbors. The place is very quiet and access by car is possible to unload luggage.

Parking is provided in the car parks at the top or bottom of the village, located 100 m from the house. A terraced municipal garden is accessible next to the house, ideal for relaxation or for children.

From APT take the D900 road towards Manosque, drive 9 km and take the D48 towards Saint Martin de Castillon. Go up towards the village for 3.5 km. Arriving in the village, turn around to the right and head towards Caseneuve. In front of the Bar de la Fontaine turn left towards Caseneuve.

After the hairpin bend, go straight towards the cemetery (note the priority on the right in the next bend). Park in the parking lot. If the car park is full, you can park in the cemetery car park further up. From the car park go down on foot for 100 m (you can also take the car down to unload, but park it in the car park at the top afterwards). Be careful, small street width!
