Located in Carnac, in the hamlet of Kerluir, at the end of a quiet dead end, 200 meters from the alignments of Kermario and 2.5 km from the first beaches.

Equipped new, the house will bring you all the necessary comfort for a real holiday!

The large bright living room, 80 m², has a large fireplace, a large table with extensions, a fully equipped kitchen to new (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, 2 fridge including 1 with freezer)
2 private gardens: one at the back of the house, without any vis-à-vis, with a terrace, provision of deckchairs, table, chairs and barbecue; the other garden, facing south, is also closed, and has a magnificent view of the fields.

The house has a bathroom, 2 shower rooms (1 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs), 2 toilets and 5 bedrooms (including 1 on the ground floor, independent, with a stove and a TV)

The carefully decorated rooms are equipped with single beds (which can be pushed together) and double beds. A large room is equipped with 4 bunk beds, ideal for children. Each room has cupboards or storage cabinets. Apart from the bunk beds, the bedding is new.
Possibility to rent sheets and towels (12 € per person)

We provide a baby kit on request: high chair, cot, bath
Also available: washing machine, tumble dryer, WiFi connection, Hi-Fi system (with Bluetooth connection)

For children and adults: a very large trampoline in the garden and board games.
