Located on an urban and green property with a breathtaking view of the Loire, our 2 blue cottages are at the heart of the castles and other discoveries of the region.
You will have a large renovated traditional house, fully air-conditioned with garden.
Each room is modular according to your needs in 2 single beds 90x200 or king size bed, bedding of very good quality for your comfort. We make free baby cot available if needed (attention bb included in the 15 beds allowed).
The cottage is suitable for people with disabilities (bedroom, toilet and kitchen PMR on the ground floor).
For your moments of relaxation we offer board games, a small library for young and old.
On sunny days, you can enjoy our large private pool. It is shared and closed from 20h to 10h for maintenance (unheated, open from mid-May to mid-September depending on weather).
In fine daylight, barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs, table tennis, badminton and Molky await you.
Your vehicles can park in the large enclosed common courtyard, a Green UP charging station for cars is available free of charge.
For our cycling or biker friends, a closed garage with sockets for your electric bikes.
Having already small rabbits, hens ans goats on site and out of respect for allergic people, we do not welcome outdoor animals.
Couple with 3 young children residents on the property, we love nature and encounters.
Our site is certified by the Teragir eco-label "Green Key 2022" (greenkey), "home bike" and "Loire à vélo".
A fan of DIY and recycling, we pay attention to eco-gestures and respect for the environment.
We welcome with pleasure the different groups family, cyclists, walkers... Possibility also of seminars or team building to recharge your batteries and discover the many tourist sites and activities of our beautiful region.
Our cottage is intended for a peaceful reunion in a bucolic and rejuvenating setting, ideal for exploring and visiting the region.
Not suitable for noisy events (EVG type, students, birthday parties or other too festive). We ask you to respect the calm during the day and especially between 22h and 8h.
If we need more than 15 beds, we have another 4-bed lodging on the spot rented in addition or independently, do not hesitate to ask us for more information.

The accommodation does not allow to sleep more than 15 people (adults, children included).
In case of cancellation of stay by the tenant: any cancellation must be sent to the owner of the cottage by mail or electronic registered letter.
1/ If Cancellation more than 30 days before the expected date of entry into the premises: the deposit will be returned by the owner.
2/ Cancellation less than 30 days before the expected date of entry into the premises: the deposit and the balance paid remain acquired to the lessor, unless the owner manages to rent the accommodation on the same financial terms
3/ If the tenant does not show up within 24 hours of the date of arrival indicated on the contract, the deposit and the balance remain with the lessor. In this case, this contract becomes null and void and the owner may dispose of his lodging.
4/ If the stay is shortened, the price of the rental remains acquired. In this case, no refund will be made.
5/ in case of cancellation by the owner, he will return to the tenant all the sums paid.

"Que du bonheur !"
Rares sont les grands gites en ville. Celui-ci est remarquablement situé prés du centre, avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la Loire !
Très propre, excellente literie : tout est fait pour que l'on passe un superbe séjour.
Et une hôtesse à l'écoute avec gentillesse et disponibilité.
A recommander à tous ceux, qui comme nous, passent les vacances en tribu !

"Excellent Séjour"
Un séjour dans ce gîte en groupe avec juste rien à dire car tout était parfait. La situation dans la ville de Blois et le gîte qui est isolé avec la cour fermée, le tout sécurisé et son terrain clos apporte un vrai côté nature (én plus vue sur la Loire!). L'espace dans le gîte(chacun peut avoir son intimité), la propreté, les équipements (vraiment tout ce qu'il faut), la literie, l'extérieur. Nous avons en plus eu la chance d'avoir le soleil pour un 11 Novembre et prendre un repas du midi à l'extérieur; la vraie détente.
Pour clôturer le tout des propriétaires extras, gentillesse, sourire et toujours là pour rendre service.
On recommande sans hésitation et on est prêts à revenir!

"Week end familial"
Super gîte: très bien aménagé. La cuisine est idéale pour préparer le repas des belles tablées. Les chambres sont très propres et la literie excellente. Le jardin est reposant: piscine, vue sur la Loire. Barbec et sallon de jardin vous attendent 😀.
