Grand gîte de charme à Carpentras (proximité Ventoux)

The gite consists of several buildings connected and available according to your needs.

Its configuration makes it an ideal place for:
Large families thanks to the many beds and a certain independence for the older ones
Couples of friends who will be able to benefit from their parental suites while sharing the living rooms
Troops or other professional organizations that want many independent beds
The terraced garden and the private swimming pool of 11 x 4 m are ideally arranged for the games of the little ones or corners of calm for the adults.

1 - the house with 1 large living room and 2 bedrooms (one with 1 bunk bed and 2 mezzanine beds), 1 bathroom, 1 equipped kitchen
2 - the annex overlooking the outside, 2 master bedrooms each with an adjoining bedroom ideal for 1 or 2 children. These 2 bedrooms each have their own access to a shared bathroom.
3 - a studio below (with its terrace).

The house is the main part of the gîte which has been fitted out to accommodate large families, couples with children, or groups of the theater troupe type, …

With its terrace overlooking the swimming pool, it offers a magnificent view at sunrise and sunset, and is well protected from the heat of the day.

Covering an area of 90 m², it includes:
- a large living / dining room with beautiful volumes and which can accommodate 12 people at the table
- an equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, etc.
- a bathroom with bathtub. A precision that is important when there are many of us: hot water is constantly supplied, and is not limited by the size of a balloon
- 1 master bedroom with double bed that can be separated into 2 single beds
- 1 bedroom for children with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2), 1 single bed, a mezzanine with 2 beds
- 1 entrance, with 1 dryer and 1 additional fridge
Access to the gite is via a private "alley" directly down the large arrival staircase.

The total surface of the gîte is increased to 150 m² including the annex and the studio.

As an option can be provided, with supplement, the exit cleaning of the rented period, the rental of sheets and that of pairs of towels.
