Motorcyclists welcome 5 minutes walk from the Faubourg beach and 10 minutes from the old town center, our apartment is ideally located among the pines, quiet and perfect for family holidays.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a two-level family house, surrounded by a large 700m² garden to which you have access to park your car and to eat your meals outside, but it is not not a pleasure garden because it is made up mainly of pines.
Very airy, the apartment with an area of 130 m², is in perfect condition (it has just been completely redone) and benefits from 3 large balconies from which you can see the Madeloc Tower and the Fort St Elme and on which you can take a aperitif depending on the sun.
From our house, you can hike to the Madeloc Tower, Fort St Elme and the Hermitage of Consolation.
On the ground floor, you will benefit from a laundry room with the washing machine.
You will find the washing line in the garden to the side of the house.
You have access to the garden surrounding the house where you can have your meals outside (table for 6 people and barbecue).
The second floor apartment is rented out year round.

Other conditions
We ask you to take charge of the 5 hours of cleaning carried out after your departure (i.e. 80€) and to pay them in cash on arrival to your hostess.
Nevertheless, we ask you to leave the accommodation in a minimum state of cleanliness (dishwasher emptied and tidy, fridge/freezer empty and clean, bathroom clean, barbecue cleaned).
To dissuade certain people, a check of 750€ of guarantee to respect these requests is obligatory with the handing-over of the keys on arrival.
This check will only be returned if these requests have been respected and noted during the exit inventory.
Sheets (fitted sheets, pillowcases, flat sheets) and towels (1 bath towel + 1 small towel) + 1 bath mat can be provided for a laundry fee which is requested on arrival, i.e.: €20 single bed and 40€ double bed.
Otherwise, no linen will be provided and the beds will not be made on arrival.
For all rentals, the apartment can be booked with a minimum of 3 nights (excluding summer).
For summer rentals, the apartment can be booked from Saturday to Saturday and, on request, from Sunday to Sunday with an additional cost of €30 to be paid on arrival.
For rentals from October 1st to June 1st, a participation of 15 € / day is invoiced in addition for heating and is requested on arrival.
For the end of year celebrations, the apartment is rented with a minimum of 3 nights
