Large villa for two families or groups with several terraces around the house and in the middle of a large private garden with a smaller pool in the front garden and a large new pool in the back garden. Very close to the beaches and Empúries . Two floors connected by a small internal staircase but each equipped independently. The price includes wifi, satellite TV in all countries, sheets, towels and kitchen rags.
On the first floor there is a large well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Two double bedrooms with air conditioning, one single bedroom, two bathrooms with toilet. A large open terrace with barbecue overlooking the garden through an outside staircase. A large living room with air conditioning and a large satellite TV screen with dining area.
On the ground floor, which has just been renovated, there is a new well equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, a bathroom with toilet, three bedrooms (2 with double bed, 1 with two beds) with access to the garden and the covered terrace, one of which has a large satellite television screen. A large table on the covered terrace.
Around the house there are several terraces with garden furniture and sun loungers. There is sun in all parts of the garden from morning to night.
The garden is very beautiful with all kinds of plants and trees. There are private parkings for cars in front of the house.
