Gites Tourterelle - Jardin de Beauséjour

The pink or green Tourterelle welcomes you to spend joyful moments in a friendly atmosphere with your loved ones and in Creole comfort. We offer this cottage located in the heights of Capesterre (no sargasse) to spend a pleasant stay with family and / or friends.

This cottage is suitable for a couple. You have inside, a furnished air-conditioned room with double bed, television, a bathroom as well as an equipped and furnished Kitchenette. You will find an open terrace which serves as a living room or living room to spend your lively evenings overlooking a garden with a barbecue available. Parking is available free of charge. For families with a baby, we can install an umbrella cradle on request. The space is well ventilated, calm and flowery, conducive to a typically Marie-Galantaise serenity. And in very hot weather, if you don't feel like going to the beach, a shared swimming pool is available (supervision required for children).

You have the possibility of adding a breakfast formula on request at the latest the evening before.

For the more athletic among you, it is also possible to tackle the hike in the heights of Capesterre from Beauséjour. The hike from the Hauts de Capesterre to Marie-Galante is one of the 9 main loops which allows you to discover the coast of the town of Capesterre and the hinterland on the plateau at an altitude of 150 m for a duration of 4 hours. This plateau is occupied by farms dedicated mainly to sugar cane. There are still some remains of a windmill.

We visit the coast, with in particular the superb beach of Feuillère, the fishing port and the seafront of the town. During the climb on the plateau, or in the descent towards the village, in an environment of dry forest, we have some interesting points of view on the lagoon and the coral reef.

For the less sporty, you can travel the roads using your scooter, electric bike or car to relax in the sun on the fine sandy beaches, the choice is yours! With flippers and snorkel, you can get to know the fauna populating the coasts of the island for those who want more, scuba diving clubs can welcome you to discover the different spots off the coast of Marie- Galantaises!
