RENTAL RULES

The inventory takes place on your arrival and at the end of your stay.
The entry inventory will be made by the tenant upon arrival (complete the matrix attached to this contract) and returned to the Town Hall as soon as possible for consideration.
The exit inventory will be made contradictorily before the departure of the tenant.
If early departure, the inventory will be made by us without possible recourse of the outgoing tenant. Any loss, damage or cleaning not carried out will give rise to compensation.

The material guarantee deposit will be returned to you on the day of your departure (after inventory). It will be cashed if, at the end of the stay, damage is observed on the equipment and/or the premises.

The cleaning deposit will be returned to you on the day of your departure. It will be cashed if, at the end of the stay, it is found that the cleaning of the equipment and/or the premises has not been done or is not satisfactory.

Cleaning is not included in the price. You must bring the dishcloths, sponges and cleaning products necessary to carry it out.

In case of monthly rental, electricity is the responsibility of the tenant in addition to the rent.

Pets are accepted subject to reservation, with the prior agreement of the lessor. However, pets should not be left alone in the cottage. Outside, they must be kept on a leash and you will take care to pick up any droppings.

In the event of withdrawal after confirmation of your stay, the deposit check will be retained by the Town Hall (the lessor). When the sum paid for the reservation is qualified as a deposit, the owner and the tenant have the possibility of withdrawing. If the tenant withdraws, he loses the deposit paid. If the owner backs out, he must reimburse the tenant for double the deposit. (Article 1590 of the Civil Code).

In the event of an interrupted stay, the stay is due in full.
