Ideally located, you will have the opportunity to enjoy our hilly landscapes, our renowned vineyards or our other local activities; like the possibility of visiting the city of Lyon.

The ground floor, bathed in light, will offer you a warm living space with a large corner sofa and a wall-mounted television.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped to offer you optimal comfort (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, Nespresso machine, raclette set, etc.)
For even more practicality, you will also find a WC on the ground floor.

Upstairs, you will find a reading corner for your moments of rest, as well as a beautiful bedroom with completely new bedding (180 cm bed, with the possibility of separating it to obtain two 90 cm beds) as well as plenty of storage space.
A modern bathroom with WC and double sink is also present upstairs.

The garden, of more than 80 m² and the terrace, will allow you to enjoy a private exterior during the summer period.
For added comfort, two parking spaces are available in front of the house.
