In the heart of a picturesque village in Central Brittany, located on the banks of the Nantes-Brest canal, an unusual, completely renovated gîte awaits you, just a stone's throw from numerous shops.
Facing South-West, the apartment is located on the first floor of an old station, where the Station Master once lived.
Nearby you will find greenway no. 6 and a towpath, numerous cycle paths, the Liscuis moors and the Quénécan forest.
Lake Guerlédan with its water activities is 15 km away.
The Abbaye de Bon Repos will welcome you as well as the Vélorail du Kreiz Breizh, a fun and unique activity in Côtes d'Armor.
The gîte is part of the Auberge des Trains Mythiques with its three guest rooms: the outdoor spaces are shared, the deck chairs, tables and garden furniture, bicycle shelter.
The apartment can be suitable for 4 people because the sofa in the living room is convertible, but comfort becomes absolute and ideal for a couple for whom the bedroom offers a double bed and the living room has a living room-kitchen set.

"Un soleil au milieu de la pluie"
Julia et Christian sont des hôtes adorables. L’appartement est bien aménagé et équipé pour un court ou un long séjour comme fût le nôtre.
On peut disposer d’un parking vélo dans une petite cours intérieure très accueillante en bord de rivière (transats, petites tables,…).
Julia est très à l’écoute et disponible.
Le gîte est idéalement situé dans Gouarec à moins de 5 min à pied de tous les commerçants.
Un gîte que nous recommandons chaleureusement.
