Far from the hustle and bustle and noise, planted with century-old trees, the always flowery site, with its swimming pool (6 x 10 m), will ensure calm and relaxation.
This old stone farm, typically local, dates from 1818. It was specially dedicated, until recently, to the production of prunes.
Recently restored by ourselves, with care and passion, it nevertheless retains its authenticity while offering its guests comfort today.

This old farm house, made of local stone, accommodates up to 6 people. The large period fireplace, the exposed beams, and its old stone sink are all details which give this residence its charm. It has a large living room, 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom + a toilet. The swimming pool, of good size (6 x 10 m), is secured by an approved electronic alarm. It offers you a pleasant view: either over the flowery rockery of the hillside, or over the valley.

The Lot Valley benefits from a particularly mild climate.
This country of tradition, generous, in harmony with nature, is renowned for being the cradle of the so-called “Agen” prune. It is also a true concentration of medieval bastides, old castles, picturesque hilltop villages and beautiful Romanesque churches.

The Bénech lodges are located in the heart of this privileged region. They nestle on the southern side of a peaceful valley, at the end of a country lane, in a pleasant green setting.

At the roundabout south of Sainte Livrade-sur-Lot, on the ring road D911,
Take the D113, direction AGEN / DOLMAYRAC

At about 700 m, take the 2nd right direction:
"FLAT PECH" "MONTESSORI"

At 1.8 km, just after the 2 large green and beige agricultural sheds (on your left), take the small road that goes up, slightly to the right in the undergrowth.
(sign indicating several localities, including "BENECH").

Follow this road until cul de sac:  BENECH, right, just before the last house.
Downhill while driving to the end of the path (400 m), there you are! ! !
